Our Team of therapists
Our team at the Inward Therapy group comes from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. The common mission, however, is to provide holistic, trauma informed care to our clients. We have experience working with PTSD (Military, Police, Fire and Nursing), Attachment and Developmental trauma, Couples therapy (Gottman Method), Family Therapy & Parenting teens, and mindful-based practice.
